Exchange Policy:
Exchange is only applicable if you inform us on the same day of delivery and return the item within 7 days . Item must be unused , unwashed and with original tags .

Exchange Procedure:
Contact refund@zelvi.com within 24 hours of delivery with order details and reason for exchange.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
